Refunds
Every purchase has a 14-day no-questions refund: email tidesventuresllc@gmail.com with your order email. If alerts haven't started by 2026-12-15, every founding pass is refunded in full without you asking.
Privacy
We collect only what checkout needs: your email, the region you choose, and the payment details Stripe processes (we never see your full card number). We use your email only to send alerts and service notices about your pass. We never sell or share it. Email us to have your data deleted at any time.
Terms
Northcall is operated by Tides Ventures LLC. Alerts are estimates based on public NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center data. We don't guarantee that aurora will be visible, and we aren't liable for trips or plans made on an alert. Not affiliated with NOAA. Prices are in USD and include any applicable tax.
